At the seaside I am often divided between natural freedom and foot protection, should I let my son run barefoot and benefit from walking on the sand risking the odd insect sting and possible cuts from sharp shells or should I make him wear water sandals? Normally I do a bit of both, I let him enjoy the sand and opt for the sandals if we go somewhere with a lot of pebbles and rocks. Water sandals must be safe with a good grip, especially if you go walking on rocky places. Teva Hurricane sandals are exactly that, open sandals with the athletic fit required for outdoor activities strengthen by the non-slip sole especially designed for use in and around water.

Teva sandals are renowned to be light and durable. They are built on a high-traction River Rubber outsole with an additional shock pad in the heel to avoid hard impact on the joints. The top sole is moulded on to provide extra support and is treated with a zinc-based anti-microbial protector to avoid the forming of odour causing bacteria and fungus.

The kid’s version of the Teva Hurricane sandal is built with the same technology used for grown up sizes and comes in a range of colours making them good to look at as well as safe and comfortable. Colour range includes dark blue, blue, green, grey, navy, pink and red.
