Excitement, fears and satisfaction of a first bicycle ride
Learning to ride a bicycle without stableisers is an important step on every child’s life. That’s why we captured the moment on camera. There isn’t an age when stableisers must come off, children develop at different stages and like with all important steps timing is key. Kids have to be ready and not forced into it much like potty training. It just so happened that our boy took the plunge last October at the age of 5. Whatever way you go about it, safety comes first so if your child doesn’t already have one choose a good helmet then prepare yourself for the falls and get ready to cherish the look of satisfaction on their face for the latest achievement. Here are some pictures that mark this milestone.
That’s great that you can capture the whole thing on camera. Great job! I can see how proud he was from his facial expression.
Thanks, you should have seen my facial expression! I really had to restrain myself everytime he fell, but definitely a very proud moment.
