Zentangle Inspired pumpkins
Recently I have discovered the Zentangle method, an art form that uses structured patterns to make beautiful drawings. I have always liked to doodle unorganised patterns on a piece of paper, whenever I have a pen in my hand I tend to draw things that don’t make any sense, I find it very soothing and it helps me concentrate. When I accidentally came across some beautiful images made with intriguing patterns inside shapes, I looked further into this art form and found it is actually called the Zentangle Method and it can be done at many levels of expertise with some of the most amazing graphics you can imagine.
I quickly had a go with a simple grate shape to get me going.
Then I tried something more in line with the season and I came up with these pumpkin graphics I am quite proud of.
I can hardly wait to produce more organised chaos.
