Kids rooms’ ideas

I am in the process of redecorating my son’s room to make it more suitable for a growing boy that is truly over his preschool years. His interests are changing fast and a lot of his toys have been selected to go to charity. He needs much more desk room for his homework and his arty side, also the decorations on the wall call for a different theme altogether. We are at the stage where sleepovers are quickly becoming part of his life so I am considering changing his single bed with a bunk bed. This prospect was welcome as I had expected.
Bunk beds immediately sound like fun to kids that see a boring bed suddenly turn into a cocoon of enjoyment even if it is just for climbing. I had a good look around and I found a great selection on Tesco Direct. Their homeware has a good range of items at reasonable prices.
After the bunk beds I had a good look around the Duvet Set section and I was impressed with the range of 100% cotton linen for both boys and girls. As well as the 100% cotton range, there is a collection that is partly cotton and partly polyester, which is very good value for money. I particularly liked the Love embroidered duvet, but somehow I don’t think my son would go for it. There is plenty to choose from for boys too; in particular I like the Dinodippy printed duvet that shows all different types of dinosaurs and the Union Jack duvet. They are both a good option for us as my son is fascinated by dinosaurs and flags alike.
The range of duvet sets is particularly worth a good browse as there is plenty for everyone’s taste and pockets.
